Ramp noisy, self activating

Our new to us sienna hybrid wheelchair van (2022) started making cranking noises (coming from the rear of the van) when I opened the passenger door and the ramp engage button started blinking without me touching it.
I was able to hit the button to stop the noise, hit the button to properly activate the ramp deployment and get my husband situated. But when we arrived at our destination I was able again to deploy and exit him. Shut down the van and as we turned to go into the restaurant the noise started again. Only stopped when I leaned in on the driver side and again hit the button to stop. Same thing happened when we got home. Any ideas?

We have a 22 BraunAbility Sienna XLE+. I keep my key on a retractable key fob on my pants and sometimes while I'm bending over to buckle or unbuckle my wife's power chair, I may inadvertently press the button, and the door starts opening and the fold-out ramp starts coming out. We've had it for almost 3 years now and had to have the ramp control circuitry fixed by the BraunAbility dealer at least once because it was malfunctioning or not working at all. The dealer should be able to diagnose the issue for you.
