What does the dealer say about it?

 

Every time i take it they say they fixed it , and that plastic makes noise, but this is different, its not a regular noise, its annoying

 

I have the same.. it's not all the time, but on some roads I get a slight rattle behind my left ear. Door, window, seatbelt area. Drives me crazy when I hear it. But, I can never replicate it when on a road in a safe area to diagnose.

 

Same here. I think temperature affects it. It is intermittent. It’s like the door seal sticks and unsticks. Been meaning to put some vasoline on it to see if that helps.

 

Do not use vasoline - if the doors seals are EPDM rubber, and vasoline is petroleum based...one will eat the other.
Use silicone, 303 Protectant, PTFE dry lube, anything else...but not vasoline.

 

Look on amazon for a dedicated door seal lube. I bought one and applied it. It is quiet now.
