2014 Sienna Limited AWD. Big Spring snow here in Colorado. Wipers were working fine until I hit brakes and a pile of snow hit the windshield. Now wipers not working. Is there a reset?

Fuses 23 and 26 in the interior fuse box are for the windshield wipers. If the rear wiper doesn't work either then fuse 23 is blown. Maybe the wiper motor seized but I would think that a fuse would blow before that happened.
Fuses are described in your owners manual and on the fuse box covers. There may be other fuses affecting the wipers that I may have missed.
