I forgot if you all in Canada also get heated seats on all trims, or it's too much for a butt to dream about?

Heated seats is the only thing I miss bitterly. I do have a heating pad on the driver's seat, but my most precious wife doesn't like it.
No need to dream... front heated seats standard on all trims... not sure if higher trims have heated seats in back rows and if higher trims have cooled seats.

Well, I didnt know that heated seats were standard on lowest trim (LE). That makes me think Toyota thinks the Sienna is a luxury vehicle. It certainly has a "luxury" vehicle price. Some of the smaller new Cadillac's can be bought for less than a new Sienna. Mostly, "economy cars" have disappeared. The Chevrolet Spark, is not longer made. Nor is the Ford focus. You can still buy a Nissan Sentra, Honda Civic, or Toyota Corolla, but bring your wallet. New cars selling for under 20,000 is mostly a mirage. Ford Maverick claims theres is under 20,000, but try buying one for that. I did. I even ordered a Maverick for 25,000, moderately equipped, in Oct. 2021. It never arrived. Ford has "hornswaggled us" on the Maverick and F150 lightning. Neither are available at the price advertised a year ago. They raised the price of the Lightning about 15,000 "just because" the dealers were marking them up 15,000 over msrp, and, because they could.

The Maverick advertised a low MSRP, (under 20k) but just never delivered these vehicles ordered. I have a bad taste in my mouth over ordering a new Maverick, which was never delivered for at least 18 months. It sounds like a scam to get you into the Ford dealer, and buy something else.

In a pickup, the new Silverado's get bad reviews on consumer reports. (I owned 3 Silverado's and all were great). But, I admit to being scared of the newer (2019-2023) Silverado's bad reviews. So, my next pickup will likely be a Ram, or Ridgeline.

While I still love the idea of a Maverick, a small pickup getting "car type" gas mileage, I also like the idea of traveling into space. Neither of those (the MAVERICK) OR FLYING into space are realistic. Im not paying 5000 over MSRP for a used Maverick.

I dont recommend paying over MSRP "even for a Sienna". Paying over MSRP is a prescription for "being upside down". And, "you dont want to be driving a car upside down". Upside down, if you were unaware, means you owe much more than the car is worth on trade. It puts you in an uncomfortable position where you "have" to drive that car and keep making payments until you are no longer upside down, which can be a very long time.

I never want to drive a car "because I have to (being upside down)", but rather, because I want to drive the car.

Being "forced" to drive a car takes all the fun out of it. For that reason, I stick with vehicles with great resale value such as Toyota, and Subaru. Chevy, and Ford pretty much no longer make cars, with the exceptions of "high dollar muscle cars" such as Mustang and Corvette. Im totally uninterested in a cramped sports car that gets terrible gas mileage, has almost no room for cargo or passengers, but "looks great" to impress others.

The biggest difference between 2022 and 2023 Siena are two:
1. The 2023 is about 1500 more.
2. The 2023 models "have fixed" that irritating battery run down problem, in the 2022's. Or at least my 2023 Sienna XLE does not have that problem.
The battery run down problem (car wont start) in 2022's, is primarily about the "gimmicky" hands free door openers. What happens is, of course, the sensors that pick up your feet motion to open the door become covered with road grime very quickly, which is not easy to remove. And, if you do remove it, it will be back, with more road grime quickly. Then, your door opener will be confused..its like someone is constantly opening and closing that door 24 hours a day, quickly running down your battery, making your car unable to start.
Toyota's fix for this problem is basically to disable the hands free door sensor, then order more parts taking months to arrive, and, who knows if that fix will even work. Until or unless this road grime covering the sensors problem is permantly fixed, stay away from those foot operated door openers. Honda's foot openers dont work well either. Its a technical problem that has not been solved yet, to my knowledge. Toyota's solution on the 2023 seems to be to disable the foot sensors, so you open the door the old fashioned way by pushing a button, either on the remote or the car. The remote and top part of the car are much easier to keep clean than underneath your car. Well, unless you want to go to the car wash twice a week, crawl under your car with a car wash wand, and clean those sensors. That is about as convenient as a broken leg.

In Canada most recent vehicles have standard heated front seat across all trims.
