Electronic Corrosion Control (Rust Proofing Module)

Good day fellas,

Anyone has experience with Electronic Corrosion Control? I live in Ontario with salt all around in winter. Picked up my 2025 Sienna XSE AWD, and wondering if I should buy the electronic module from Toyota or get oil sprayed at Canadian Tire (the detailed one that they claim to cover the fenders too).

Appreciate any feedback on this.

Just seems like a very close coincidence that 2 guys on this site both just bought 2025 XSE AWD's in Ontario, both names start with Bmt, both guys are asking about Canadian Tire rustproofing vs electronic modules.

You’re 100% right Therbi. For some reason, I wasn’t able to see that and some of my earlier posts and had to respond to the dealership if I want the module or not. I just saw you replied there too. Thanks a lot.
