all Sienna's and other Toyota V6's will have this issue. plan for this, if you don't do this yourself, it will be at least $1k labor! The coolant plate that is right below the intake. Took me 8 hours.

Curious, I looked on Amazon. Dorman sells an aluminum one with the same part # as the plastic one except with an XD added to the end of part number.

I thought RA used to sell this part too. For $43, to me it's a no-brainer even if the included thermostat gets thrown away.

Thanks for that...its in my order soon...it's a must buy that most sienna owner should buy...
Even the thermostat and gasket looks factory stuff.
