So this is the stock tire size with the 3in lift on a Woodland? Thanks for any confirmation you can lend.

Has worked fine on our woodland. No issues with the lift. The van itself--well, the seats are not comfortable on long trips (*for me) and I've got a rattle in my side door. But no issue with the lift other than that I can't decide whether to increase the tire size to 31 or 32" or wait for the 235/60/18 BfGoodrich K03s in 2026 to stay in specs. View attachment 72316

Can you provide an update on your 3-in-lifted setup? How are aftermarket and OEM parts doing? Any troubles? Do you still think the angles the 3in kit induces on the CV axles are fine and dandy for long-term reliability? How many miles are on your vehicle now? How many miles do you have on the various aftermarket components? Many thanks!

I inspect my CV boots often and there is zero premature, where between the fins on the boots and no noise upon rotation as per myself, and a mechanics inspection.

I’ve had my wheels cranked on trails at angles, and what not, and will be doing the same come Labor Day up in the Sierras between Bishop and Bridgeport CA.

Hey first post! I installed the 2 inch JOR kit on my new 2025 xse awd and couldn't be happier with it. Pictures before and after below. Got my buddy, who is more mechanically inclined, to help me install and it went ok. Actually had a trickier time with the back than the front - lining things up was oddly difficult but we eventually got it.

Handles exactly as did before I think (only had 200 km before doing the lift :)). City MPG is still stellar at around 32-34 even with roof box or bike racks, and highway might be more like 30 ish with same setups. I really like how subtle it is but honestly in person it makes the car look more like an SUV. It also handles my driveway much better now and looking forward to a little more snow clearance too.

One thing I have noticed in the last couple weeks of driving is that there is actually more space between the top of the wheels and the top of the front wheel wells, vs the back. I measured today and seems about about 0.5-1.0 inch more space up front, which I think means the front is higher than the back (although I don’t know what the measurements were before the lift to be fair).

Maybe a dumb question but does anyone think I could have reinstalled the front struts incorrectly, causing the front to be higher? I feel like it would have been something noticeable relative to the fit of everything else (sway bars, wheel alignment), but just want to double check. Alignment was ok and drives ok, but front is just a little bit higher it seems. I might even notice the headlights aiming a bit high, but the car is so new to me it’s hard to tell!

Thanks for any insights!

I suspect the rear springs are compressed due to the weight of the roof box (w/ cargo) and/or bike rack. A set of SumoSprings (or similar coil spring stiffening devices) should increase the rear spring rate and level out your van. Before I installed airbags in the rear of our van, the rear would sag due to the weight of rear hitch, third row passenger(s), and spare tire.

Thanks for the reply Yonah! I took the measurements without any load on it, but I also realized it really matters how the car is sitting when measuring…I think my driveway is slightly uneven as I rearranged the car and got different measurements. So I think I’m in the clear for screwing up my van anyways….I did order coil sumo springs for the rear anyways though :)

Also, really appreciate your traveller build thread! Fun reading, great tips, and cool pictures!

This looks great. I have an appt with Kendall Toyota of Bend to install the 2" JOR kit on mine next month. Let me know if you'd like me to ask them anything about the rear springs, but I think Yonah's reply is correct.
